Baklava rolls: the recipe for a flaky and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the rolls:
50 g of pistachios
50 g of walnuts
100 g of butter
10-12 sheets of phyllo dough
- For the syrup
1 cup of water
200 g of sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
2-3 cloves
Lime or lemon juice
Orange or lemon zest
Directions:
1. Finely chop nuts into a blender.
2. Overlap 5-6 phyllo dough sheets and brush with butter in between.
3. Sprinkle with the nuts mixture and roll.
4. Brush with butter again and cut in pieces.
5. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
6. Meanwhile make the syrup: pour sugar and water in a saucepan.
7. Add cinnamon, clavos, lemon zest and lime juice.
8. Cook at low heat for 8-10 minutes, then remove zest and cloves.
9. Pour the syrup all over the rolls.
10. Decorate with more chopped nuts and let cool.
