Pumpkin cinnamon rolls: the recipe to make them fluffy and fragrant

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
340 g of flour
125 g of pumpkin
90 of milk
40 g of butter
50 g of granulated sugar
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
15 g of fresh brewer's yeast
1 pinch of salt
- For the filling:
100 g of brown sugar
1 tbsp of cinnamon
90 g of butter
- For decoration
Maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
1. Season steamed pumpkin with some nutmeg.
2. Mix melted butter and lukewarm milk, then stir in egg and add yeast blending with a fork until it's dissolved.
3. Add sugar, then stir in the pumpkin mixture.
4. Add flour and salt a little bit at the time.
5. Knead, then cover with some plastic wrap and let rise until it doubles its size.
6. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin, then brush with melted butter all over.
7. Sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
8. Roll the dough and cut it in pieces, then arrange them in a buttered tray.
9. Cover and let rise one more hour.
10. Bake at 180° for 20/23 minutes.
11. Decorate with maple syrup.
