Fluffy apple cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs

2 apples

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of seed oil

1/2 cup of milk

1 packet of baking powder (16 g)

2 and 1/2 cups of cake flour

Powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Whisk eggs with sugar.

2. Then add milk, oil, flour and baking powder.

3. Now pour the batter into a cake mold coated with baking paper.

4. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and place them on top of the batter.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40-45 minutes.

6. Decorate with powdered sugar.
