Stuffed pumpkin patties: the original and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
350 g of cooked pumpkin
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of grated cheese
4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
2 cheddar slices
Seeds oil for frying
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Bake the pumpkin at 180° for 30 minutes.
2. Mash with a fork to make a puree.
3. Stir in eggs, grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Shape the patties out of the pumpkin dough and fill with cheddar.
5. Fry them in hot oil 2-3 minutes each side.
