Rice biscuits: the recipe to make them crumbly and delicious

Ingredients:
200 g of rice flour
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1 vanillin
Half a tsp of baking powder
60 g of seeds oil
Directions:
1. Mix egg, sugar, oil and vanillin in a bowl.
2. Then add rice flour and baking powder.
3. Shape into a soft and smooth dough.
4. Spread the dough and shape the biscuits.
5. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
