Chocolate buns: the recipe to make them soft and delicious

Ingredients:
Half a cube of frs brewer's yeast
75 g of sugar
300 g of milk
500 g of bread flour
1 pinch of salt
65 g of room temperature butter
1 egg + milk for brushing
Chocolate for filling
Directions:
1. Crumble yeast in a bowl.
2. Then add sugar and milk and stir.
3. Add flour and salt.
4. Now stir in diced butter a little bit at a time.
5. Shape into a smooth dough and let rise until it doubles its size.
6. Then divide into pieces (about 80 g each) and let rest again.
7. Now shape the buns and brush them with milk and egg.
8. Bake at 170° for 25/30 minutes.
