Ricotta balls: the recipe for the delicious baked version

Ingredients:
250 of ricotta cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp of grated cheese
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs + extra for coating
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and cheese in a bowl.
2. Stir using a fork to blend all of the ingredients.
3. Now add breadcrumbs and continue mixing.
4. Shape the balls and coat them in breadcrumbs, then place them in a tray covered in baking paper.
5. Drizzle with some olive oil.
6. Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes until golden.
7. You can serve them with some tomato sauce seasoned with garlic, oil, salt and basil.
