Eggplant casserole: the savory recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
3 eggplants (1kg)
Water and salt
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
400 g of tomato sauce
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
100 g of grated cheese
150 g of mozzarella cheese
Basil
Directions:
1. Slice eggplants and place them in a bowl with tater and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Dry and season them with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
4. Fry the onion and add oil and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Now make layers in a tray.
6. Bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
