Zucchini and carrot fritters: the easy and savory recipe you need to try

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Salt
Chili pepper
1 onion
100 g of cheese
2 carrots
2 eggs
Black pepper
2 tbsp of cornstarch
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Grate zucchini, sprinkle them with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Blend onion and chili pepper.
3. Dice the cheese.
4. Grate carrots too.
5. Squeeze zucchini and mix them with grated carrots and the onion and chili pepper mixture.
6. Now add whisked eggs and cheese.
7. Season with some black pepper.
8. Lastly, add cornstarch and stir to combine all of the ingredients.
9. Shape the fritters using a spoon.
10. Fry them in hot oil until golden on both sides.
