Curry chicken fillets: the simple recipe for a tasty meat dish

Ingredients:
400 g of chicken breast (fillets)
20 g of curry paste
30 g of soy sauce
1 tbsp of brown sugar
Peanut oil
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and curry paste in a bowl.
2. Pour this mixture on top of the meat.
3. Mix to season.
4. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Pour some peanut oil in a pan and cook the chicken 5 minutes each side.
6. Serve with some sesame seeds on top.
