Garlic scallops: the simple and savory meat recipe to try

Ingredients:
8 pork loin slices
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of corn starch
150 ml of white wine
200 ml of water
150 g of milk
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat up some oil in a large pan then stir fry the garlic in it.
2. Season meat with salt and pepper.
3. Place it in the pan and cook it 1 minute each side. Then set aside.
4. Add flour and white wine to the cooking juices left in the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Add water, salt and milk and let the sauce thicken.
6. Put the meat back in and cook for a minute at high heat.
