No-bake fruit log: the recipe for a delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:

Fruit: strawberries, kiwis, bananas, tangerines, oranges

10 g of agar agar

80 ml of water

400 ml of milk

300 g of condensed milk

Directions:

1. Clean and peel the fruit, then slice some of it.

2. Arrange it in a rectangular mold, covering bottom and edges.

3. Cut the rest of the fruit in pieces.

4. Mix agar agar and water in a saucepan.

5. The add milk and condensed milk.

6. Heat the mixture on the stove stirring continuously.

7. Let cool at room temperature, then add fruit pieces.

8. Pour everything in the mold.

9. Let cool in the fridge until it solidifies.
