Eggplant stuffed flat bread: a quick and savory dish to try

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
Olive oil
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Flat bread
50 g of emmental cheese
Directions:
1. For starters cut the eggplant and cook the slices in a pan.
2. Then whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
3. Pour this mixture on top of the eggplants and cover with flat bread.
4. Let cook and add grated cheese.
5. Close the flat bread and finish cooking.
