Eggplant millefeuille: the easy recipe to make it savory

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
200 g of tomato sauce
250 g of mozzarella cheese
Basil
Oregano
Salt and oil
Directions:
1. Slice the eggplant.
2. Cook them in a pan.
3. Season tomato sauce with salt and oregano.
4. Arrange eggplant slices in a tray and season them with salt, tomato sauce and diced mozzarella cheese.
5. Repeat to make more layers.
6. Drizzle with some olive oil.
7. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
