Ready in a pan in a few minutes!
INGREDIENTS

2 Eggplants
Oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
Parsley
2 cloves Garlic
METHOD
- Incise the eggplants and between the cuts put the parsley and garlic.
- In an oiled pan place the eggplants, add salt and cover with the lid. Cook it for a while and flip them.
- When they are cooked on each side remove from the pan and serve.
