How to make the juiciest eggplant ever!

Ready in a pan in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggplants
Oil 
4g (1 tsp) Salt 
Parsley
2 cloves Garlic
 
METHOD
  1. Incise the eggplants and between the cuts put the parsley and garlic.
  2. In an oiled pan place the eggplants, add salt and cover with the lid. Cook it for a while and flip them.
  3. When they are cooked on each side remove from the pan and serve.
