Zucchini meatloaf: the easy and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
250 g of boiled zucchini
Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 boiled potato
1 zucchini
250 g of mozzarella cheese
350 g of minced meat
Ham
Directions:
1. Mix meat, boiled potato, julienne cut zucchini, boiled zucchini, egg and salt.
2. Knead to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Now add breadcrumbs.
4. Spread the mixture onto a baking paper sheet shaping it into a rectangle.
5. Fill with ham and sliced mozzarella cheese.
6. Roll and move the meatloaf onto a baking tray.
7. Bake at 180° for about 45 minutes.
