Homemade yogurt cookies: you really need to try them

Ingredients:

1 egg

100 g of sugar

100 g of unsweetened plain yogurt

50 g of oil

300 g of all purpose flour

50 g dark chocolate drops

8 g of yeast for desserts

1 vanilla flavoring

-For the preparation you will need:

A drop of seed oil to shape the dough without sticking to your hands

Caster sugar to taste

A few drops of chocolate for the top (optional)

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix the yogurt with the egg, oil and sugar.

2. Then combine the flour, baking powder and vanilla flavoring.

3. Add the chocolate chips and form a homogeneous dough.

4. Form the biscuits and pass them in the sugar.

5. Bake at 180° for 15/20 minutes.
