Cheesy croquettes with ham: the tasty and appetizing recipe to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
70 g of butter
70 g of flour
1 l of milk
100 g of diced ham
4 gelatin sheets
Pepper and nutmeg
Frying oil
- For the breading:
Flour
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. For starters, pour milk in a saucepan and warm it up on the stove.
2. Add ham.
3. Turn off the stove, cover and let it steep for at least 2 hours.
4. Then filter this mixture.
5. In a pot melt some butter, then add flour mixing well.
6. Gradually pour in the milk from before, and stir well so that you don't get lumps.
7. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
8. Cook the mixture at low heat blending every now and then.
9. When it thickens add diced ham.
10. Also add hydrated gelatin and pour everything in a tray.
11. Cover with some plastic wrap and let cool in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
12. After that, shape the croquettes breading them into the flour, then into some whisked egg and lastly into breadcrumbs.
13. Repeat the process for double breading.
14. Fry the croquettes in boiling oil for a few seconds.
