Fluffy rose cake: the recipe of a beautiful dessert for Mother's Day

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
300 g of Manitoba flour
200 g of cake flour
250 ml of milk
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
50 g of sugar
50 g of melted butter
1 egg
Grated lemon zest
- For the filling:
60 g of soft butter
Granulated sugar
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Dissolve one tsp of sugar and yeast into warm milk.
2. Mix flour, sugar and the milk and yeast mixture into a bowl.
3. Also add melted butter, egg and grated lemon zest.
4. Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise for 2 hours and a half.
5. Divide the dough in half and spread it using a rolling pin until you get a sheet about half a cm thick.
6. Brush with butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
7. Repeat the same process for the other half of the dough, then cut in stripes and roll them.
8. Place them vertically in a buttered cake mold.
9. Let rise again for another hour.
10. Brush with butter.
11. Bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
12. Let cool completely then decorate with powdered sugar.
