Carrot chocolate cake: a fluffy dessert to try!

So fluffy and creamy, every bite will melt in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
395g (1 1/4 cups) Condensed milk
60g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder
60g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder
22g (3 tbsp) Cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) Milk
500ml (2 cups) Milk
200ml (3/4 cup) Heavy cream
280g Carrot
4 Eggs
180ml (3/4 cup) Seed oil
400g (2 cups) Sugar
450g (2 1/2 cups) Flour
14g (1 tbsp) Baking powder
Oil and flour for greasing
For decoration
200g Melted chocolate
200ml (3/4 cup) Heavy cream
METHOD
- In a pot add condensed milk, cocoa powder, cornstarch and whisk.
- After some time add the milk and whisk again until it's combined well.
- Add the heavy cream and whisk all together. Let it cool.
- In a blender add carrot, oil, eggs and blend all together
- Add sugar and blend all again.
- In a bowl sift the flour, add the carrot mixture inside and mix all together.
- Add the baking powder and whisk again.
- Grease the pan with oil and flour and add the carrot mixture.
- Add the cocoa mixture on top and bake 180°С/360°F for 40 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and combine well with the heavy cream.
- Turn the cake to the other side and decorate with the melted chocolate mixture on the top.
