Eggplants savory patties: the recipe for a tasty and savory dish

Ingredients:
2 medium eggplants
Water and salt
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder
500 g of chicken breast
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder
1 onion
Half green bell pepper
Half red bell pepper
Chives
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp of tomato paste
100 g of mozzarella cheese
150 g of tomato sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
1. Cut the eggplants in slices (about 5-6 mm thick).
2. Soak them in water and salt, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl mix oil, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. Place the eggplant slices on a tray and brush both sides with the oil and spices mix you made before.
5. Bake them at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
6. Cut the chicken in bites and stir fry it in a pan with oil, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.
7. Finely chop the onion and dice the bell peppers.
8. Add the vegetables in the pan and cook everything at medium heat for 4 minutes.
9. Mix in chopped chives and parsley and tomato paste too.
10. Make the patties and fill them with mozzarella cheese and chicken and vegetable mix from the pan.
11. Pour some tomato sauce and olive oil on the bottom of a baking tray, then place the patties. Brush them with a little bit of tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
12. Bake again at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
