Strawberry sponge cake: the recipe to make it soft and delicious

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
6 eggs
170 g of granulated sugar
185 g of cake flour
- For the strawberry sauce:
8 strawberries
2 tbsp of granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar for 15 minutes.
2. Cut the strawberries, put them in a sauce pan and add sugar. Cook for 7 minutes.
3. Once they're done mash them a bit using a fork.
4. Stir in flour into the batter, a little bit at the time and mixing from bottom to top.
5. Lastly add strawberries.
6. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold (24 cm diameter).
7. Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for 23 minutes.
8. Decorate with some powdered sugar and sliced strawberries.
