Honey sponge cake rolls: soft, fragrant and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
35ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
40ml (1/4 cup) of milk
55g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Lemon (juice)
45g (1/4 cup) of sugar
Honey
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the vegetable oil, milk, flour, and whisk. Add the egg yolks and continue whisking until all is well combined.
2. In another bowl add the egg whites, and lemon (juice) and mix with the electric mixer. Gradually add the sugar and mix until are nice and foamy.
3. Take the part of the mixed egg whites with a spatula and pour it into the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
4. Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and mix with a spatula until all is well combined.
5. Transfer the mixture to the pipping bag and start pouring on the pan covered with parchment paper forming the lines. Transfer to the oven and bake at 160°C/320°F for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the crust from the pan and transfer it to the baking tray. Cover with cling film and let it cool for 30 minutes.
7. After 30 minutes split the crust in half and spread the honey. Roll out each half and split it into 3 parts.
8. Serve the rolls and decorate them with powdered sugar.
