Sponge and fruit rolls: they are addictive!

They are perfect for a delicious and easy snack!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggs
• 80g / 0.4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 50g / 0.4 cup flour (all purpose)
• 70ml / 2.36 oz sunflower oil
• Strawberry
• Banana
• 1 tbsp cocoa
• Cream
 
METHOD
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites to the peaks. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat. Add the yolks to the mixture and beat well. Pour in flour and mix with a spatula. Then pour in sunflower oil and mix until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa in one part and mix. Pour both mixtures onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  3. Cool the cakes, chop, grease with whipped cream, put the fruits and roll the roll.
