Eggplant lasagna: the recipe for a tasty and simple casserole

Ingredients:
1 medium eggplant
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 onion
1 bell pepper
500 g of minced meat
8 g of sweet paprika
Nutmeg
Ginger
Garlic powder
400 g of tomato sauce
80 ml of water
Fresh parsley
250 g of bechamel (25 g of flour, 25 g of butter and 200 ml of milk)
200 g of mozzarella cheese
80 g of grated cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
1. Cut the eggplant in slices and bake them at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
2. Cut and stir fry onion and bell pepper.
3. Add minced meat, all of the spices, salt, tomato sauce, water and let cook for 10 minutes.
4. Assemble the lasagna and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
