Chicken with vegetables: the quick recipe for an healthy meal

Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 carrot
1 celery
1 chicken breast
400 g of cous cous or 300 g of rice
Turmeric
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper
Garlic
Directions:
1. Cut all the vegetables in stripes.
2. Also cut the chicken in the same way.
3. Cut zucchini, eggplant and peppers separately.
4. In another pan stir fry finely chopped onion, carrot and celery.
5. Then add chicken and season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
6. Aside make cous cous (or rice).
7. Now add the vegetables you cooked before into the pan and cook everything for a couple of minutes.
8. Add chili pepper and finally salt.
9. Serve with some cous cous or rice.
