Lemon mousse cake: everyone will fall in love with this dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
200 g biscuits
90 g melted butter
Mousse:
350 g Greek yogurt
250 g condensed milk
90 ml lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
8 g gelatin to put in 40 g of water
250 ml whipping cream
80 g white chocolate
 
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture on the base of the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Cream: mix the yogurt with condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and gelatin dissolved in water. Then add the whipped cream and pour over the base.
3. Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
4. Decorate with white chocolate and serve.
