Milk chicken breast: how to make this creamy and delicious meal

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Flour to taste
50 g butter and oil
200 ml of milk
Salt, pepper and oregano
Directions:
1. Roll out the chicken breast well and flour it.
2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the olive oil.
3. Then brown the chicken breast and pour in the milk.
4. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
