Chocolate and coconut cheesecake: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 gr of cocoa biscuits
110 gr of melted butter
500 gr of mascarpone
100 gr of powdered sugar
300 ml of cream for desserts
50 gr of grated coconut
8 grams of gelatin in sheets
50 ml of liquid cream (to be divided in half)
40 gr of bitter cocoa
90 ml of milk
Directions:
1. Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
2. Mash the mixture on the bottom of a mold and refrigerate.
3. Soak the gelatin.
4. Whip the cream and then mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar.
5. Combine everything and then divide the cream into two bowls.
6. In one, add the melted gelatin and coconut.
7. In another, add the dissolved gelatin and cocoa dissolved in milk.
8. Assemble the cheesecake and refrigerate for 4 hours.
