Milk bread roll: the simple way to make a tasty and fluffy break

Ingredients:
500 gr. of Manitoba flour
250 ml. of milk 
150 gr. sourdough (or 12 gr. of fresh brewer's yeast or 1 sachet of dry yeast)
1 medium egg + 1 yolk
100 ml. of sunflower oil
100 gr. of granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of water + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar for the syrup
 
Directions:
1. Put the flour in a bowl and then add the milk.
2. Add the mother yeast, the eggs and mix.
3. Then add oil, sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Form a homogeneous dough and let it double in volume.
5. Divide the dough into equal loaves and arrange them on the baking sheet.
6. Cover with cling film and let rise.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then brush them with the syrup.
