Coconut rolls: the creamy and no-bake recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
80 g coconut flour
100 g sugar
75 g flour
500 ml of milk
30 g butter
10 g vanilla sugar
100 ml of whipping cream
Walnuts
Icing sugar
Directions:
1. First, spread the coconut flour on a baking sheet.
2. Cream: put sugar, flour and milk in a saucepan. Bring to the heat and let it thicken, then add the butter and icing sugar.
3. Pour the cream over the coconut flour, spread it out and let it cool in the fridge.
4. Then cover with a layer of whipped cream and form the rolls by stuffing them with the walnuts.
