How to make a cherry tomato preserve at home

Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Sterilized jars
Directions:
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes well and then transfer them to a pot with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then let them boil for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
3. Leave to cool in water and then peel the tomatoes.
4. Place them in the jars with the fresh basil.
5. Close the jars and create the vacuum packs in a bain marie.
6. Boil the jars for 20 minutes, then allow to cool completely and place in the pantry.
