Ingredients:
2 medium-large zucchini (about 600g)
Potatoes 2 (270g)
Parmesan 40g
Breadcrumbs 40g
Whole mozzarella 1
40g grated mozzarella
Tuna in oil 80g
Aromatic herbs (or parsley)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Olive oil
Parmesan on the surface

Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini in half and cut them in the center.
2. Drizzle with a little oil and bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes.
3. Mix the pulp with boiled potatoes, tuna, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs.
4. Stuff the zucchini and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
