Potato and zucchini burger: the tasty idea without meat

Ingredients:
350g of zucchini
250g of boiled potatoes
70g of breadcrumbs for the dough
50g of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt
black pepper
breadcrumbs to taste for the breading
extra virgin olive oil to sauté the zucchini
seed oil for cooking burgers
Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini and fry them in a pan with oil and garlic.
2. Transfer them to a bowl and add the potatoes, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt and black pepper.
3. Form the burgers and cook them in a pan with a little oil.
4. Transfer them to a plate and serve.
