Stuffed eggplants: the simple recipe full of flavor

Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
salt, pepper, garlic powder
Olive oil 30 ml
2 mozzarella
Tomato puree about 60g
Parsley (or basil)
salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Wash the eggplants well and cut them into slices.
2. Mix oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Season the eggplants and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
4. Stuff the eggplants and bake them at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
