Biscuits ice cream: the tasty dessert perfect for summer

Ingredients:

330 g creamy cheese

20 g sweetener

400 ml cold whipping cream

28 cookies

Marmalade

Directions:

1. Whip together the cheese with the sweetener.

2. Then add the cream and mix everything.

3. Fill the biscuits with the jam and cream.

4. Leave in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
