No-fry veggie patties: everybody needs to try them

Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini (600g)
1 Carrot (3 small)
1 small onion
Parsley
2 medium eggs
garlic
sweet paprika
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese 80g
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Grate the zucchini, carrots and onion.
2. Put everything in a bowl and then add parsley, eggs, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Finally add the cheese and form the pancakes.
4. Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
