Creamy dessert with profiteroles: quick, simple and so delicious

Ingredients:
Cream for profiteroles:
500 ml milk
175 g sugar
50 g flour
50 g cocoa
Custard:
500 ml milk
150 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g flour
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of butter
200 ml cream
Profiteroles
Directions:
1. Profiteroles cream: in a saucepan heat the milk and add the sugar. Then sift and add flour and cocoa. Let the cream thicken and set it aside.
2. Cream: heat the milk and add the sugar. Then add the vanilla extract, flour, egg yolk and butter. Let it thicken and set aside. Then whip the cream and add the cream.
3. Assemble the desserts with the cocoa cream, puffs and white cream.
