Profiteroles cake: simply to make in 5 steps!

A rich decadent impressive dessert that will satisfy both chocolate and profiterole lovers!
INGREDIENTS

4 cups choux pastry;
4 egg yolk;
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar;
30 g (1 oz) flour;
2 cups hot milk;
2 sheets puff pastry;
1 cup melted chocolate;
Chocolate chips, chopped hazelnut for décor.
METHOD
- Whisk egg yolks, sugar and flour until smooth paste forms. Pour hot milk while whisking constantly. Place over medium heat and heat through while whisking constantly until thickens. Let cool down completely.
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Roll out puff pastry and poke it with a fork all over the surface. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool down.
- Place small dollops of choux pastry to make profiteroles. Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes. Leave to cool down. Dip in melted chocolate halfway.
- Fill each profiterole with cream. Cover one base layer of puff pastry with cream. Place another layer on top. Add small dollops of cream all over and top with chocolate covered profiteroles.
- Sprinkle chocolate and chopped hazelnuts before serving.
