Strawberry charlotte: the beautiful and creamy dessert to try

Ingredients:
1 pack of Savoiardi (300 gr)
300 gr of fresh strawberries
13 gr of gelatin
Juice of half a lemon
350 gr of spreadable cheese
150 grams of granulated sugar
250 ml of fresh cream
Strawberries to taste (decoration)
Spray gelatin (for polishing)
Directions:
1. First place the ladyfingers in the mold.
2. Blend the strawberries and soak the jelly.
3. Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice.
4. Whip the cream with sugar and cheese.
5. Then add the pureed strawberries, lemon juice and melted gelatin (mix it first with a small portion of cream).
6. Assemble the charlotte and leave it in the fridge overnight.
7. Then decorate and serve the charlotte.
