Coffee and caramel sponge cake: a tasty dessert to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
COCOA SPONGE CAKE:
3 eggs
70g sugar
85g "00" flour
15g cocoa powder
50g milk
25g seed oil
3g baking powder
COFFEE CREAM:
8g instant coffee
100g fresh cream
450g mascarpone
250g cream
80g sugar
SALTED CARAMEL:
100g fresh cream
100g sugar
35g butter
1g salt
Directions:
1. Sponge cake: mix the eggs with the sugar and then add the milk and oil. Sift and add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a 16 cm diameter mold and bake at 160 ° for 40 minutes.
2. Salted caramel: dissolve the sugar and then add the cream. Melt the butter and salt. Leave to cool.
3. Coffee cream: dissolve the coffee in the hot cream, leave to cool. Then mix together mascarpone, sugar, cream and coffee cream.
4. Assemble the cake and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
