Ingredients:
3 large eggs
75 g sugar
1 teaspoon of vanillin
150 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
100 g melted butter
2 medium apples
2 tablespoons of sugar (cane is fine too)

Directions:
1. Cut the apples into both slices and cubes.
2. Arrange the slices on the bottom of a greased mold and add the sugar.
3. Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder and melted butter.
4. Add the diced apples and pour the mixture into the mold.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
