Peaches tart: and easy and delicious dessert to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) of milk
80g (⅜ cup) of sugar
5ml (1 tsp) of vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
25g (3 tbsp) of cornstarch
1 roll puff pastry
Canned peach slices
Powdered sugar for serving
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Start with pastry cream by heating up milk with sugar and vanilla. Whisk egg yolks with cornstarch and carefully pour in the hot milk, while constantly whisking.
3. Transfer the mixture back onto low heat and cook, whisking for around 5-7 minutes, until thick.
4. Pour the pastry cream into a container and cover with a plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge.
5. Roll out puff pastry into a circle and make slits in the center.
6. Put the pastry base into a bundt cake pan. Fill the base with pastry cream and fold the excess of the pastry on top. Place peach slices over the cream and bake for 40 minutes. Serve sprinkled with sugar.
