Snickers sponge cake: the delicious dessert to try right now

Ingredients:
SPONGE CAKE WITH COCOA:
3 eggs
70g sugar
85g flour "00"
15g cocoa powder
50g milk
25g seed oil
3g yeast for sweets
SALTED CARAMEL:
100g fresh cream
100g sugar
35g butter
2g salt
30g roasted peanuts
CREAM:
400g mascarpone
150g fresh cream
30g powdered sugar
GANACHE WITH CHOCOLATE:
150g milk chocolate
75g fresh cream
40g peanuts
Directions:
1. Sponge cake: Mix the eggs with sugar, milk and oil.
Then sift and add flour, cocoa and yeast. Pour the dough into the mould and bake at 160° for 40 minutes.
2. Caramel: caramelize the sugar, then add the cream. Bring to a boil and add butter and salt. Put to cool.
3. Cream: Whip the mascarpone together with cream and icing sugar.
4. Assemble the cake by adding the toasted peanuts.
5. Leave the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours, then cover with the chocolate ganache.
