Balloon bread: how to make it so fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
675 g flour
380 ml warm water
2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of dry yeast
Topping:
Sweet tea
Poppy seed
Directions:
1. In a bowl sift flour and add water, salt, sugar, oil and yeast.
2. Mix well and make a uniform dough.
3. Let it rest for about 2 hours.
4. Make some cuts on top and add tea and poppy seeds.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
