Baked potato wedges: simple and delicious side dish

Ingredients:
Potatoes 950 g
salt
Onion or shallot
Olive oil
Chili pepper
Tomato pulp 400 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Dried oregano
Parmesan 50 g
Bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and leave them in boiling salted water for 30 minutes.
2. Season the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the breading with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Pass the potatoes inside and arrange them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
