Creamy cheesecake with hazelnut cream: a delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:
Base:
300 grams of dry biscuits
200 gr of melted butter
Stuffed ingredients:
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
100 grams of sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
100 ml of cream for desserts
half squeezed lemon juice
600 gr of spreadable cheese
Nuts cream
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture in a mold and refrigerate.
2. Cream: mix the eggs with the sugar and then add vanilla, cream, lemon juice and cheese.
3. Pour the mixture onto the base and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes with aluminum foil, then another 30 without paper.
4. Let it cool and decorate with the hazelnut cream.
