Potato and tuna patties: the simple way to make them perfect and crispy

Ingredients:
300 g potatoes
salt
pepper
1 egg
1 onion
65 g breadcrumbs
1 can of tuna
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, then mash them.
2. Filter the tuna and add it to the potatoes.
3. Add chives, egg, breadcrumbs and salt.
4. Form the meatballs, pass them in the breadcrumbs and fry them.
