Custard cream biscuits: the delicious recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
125 grams of flour 00
125 grams of durum wheat semolina flour
100 grams of sugar
2 egg yolks
100 gr of butter
3 tablespoons of cold water
Cream:
1 egg yolk
75 grams of sugar
250 grams of milk
30 g of corn starch
zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
1. First prepare the cream and put it to cool.
2. Shortcrust pastry: combine the two flours and add sugar, egg yolks, butter and water. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Then roll it out and form the biscuits by filling them with the cream.
4. Bake at 210 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
