Custard bread rolls: the delicious idea to try!

The whole family will love this brioche!
INGREDIENTS
For the custard:
500ml (2 cups) Milk
2 Eggs
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
30g (3 1/2 tbsp) Cornstarch
A pinch of salt
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
For the dough:
250ml (1 cup) Warm Milk
6g (1 1/4 tsp) Dry yeast
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
4g (1 tsp) Vanilla sugar
2 Eggs
90g (1 cup) Butter
600g (4 cups) Plain flour
For the topping
1 Egg yolk
25ml (3 tbsp) Milk
Almond flaked
METHOD
- Pour milk, yeast, sugar, vanilla and eggs into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add butter and flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 60 minutes.
- Make a cream from milk, eggs, sugar, starch, salt and vanilla. Allow the cream to cool.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and coat with cream. Roll it up and cut it into 9 pieces with thread.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking tray and let them rise for 20 minutes.
- Coat the rolls with beaten egg+milk and sprinkle with almond flakes.
- Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
